For nearly two decades, Kenya Community Support Centre (KECOSCE) has worked alongside communities and institutions to advance a just, secure and progressive society. As KECOSCE enters its next chapter of organisational growth, national influence and institutional strengthening, we are seeking exceptional leaders to join our Board and help shape the organisation’s future direction, impact and sustainability.
This is more than an honorary role. It is an opportunity to provide strategic leadership, independent oversight and stewardship of an organisation working at the intersection of governance, peace and security, human rights, inclusion, climate resilience and community development.
If you have built organisations, led through complexity, influenced policy, mobilised resources, managed risk, transformed systems or delivered meaningful results, we invite you to bring your experience to the KECOSCE Board.

AS A BOARD MEMBER, YOU WILL PROVIDE:
- Strategic and fiduciary oversight;
- Governance, risk and compliance oversight;
- Oversight of organisational performance and accountability;
- Stewardship of financial sustainability and organisational assets;
- Support for resource mobilisation and strategic partnerships;
- Oversight of safeguarding, inclusion and ethical standards; and
- Strategic guidance on KECOSCE’s long-term positioning, influence and institutional development.
